Yes. TenantIQ has migration tools for AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, and Yardi. Our onboarding team handles tenant records, lease data, and maintenance history transfer.
TenantIQ analyzes maintenance request history, equipment age, seasonal patterns, and property characteristics to predict when systems are likely to need service. You get proactive alerts and can schedule preventive work before failures occur.
Tenants can use the mobile app or web portal — both work fully. They can submit maintenance requests, pay rent, view lease documents, and communicate with management from either platform.
TenantIQ supports all 50 US states with state-specific lease templates, security deposit rules, eviction procedures, and compliance checks. We update templates automatically when regulations change.
